SFXforge provides AI-generated sound effects for use in film, television, games, podcasts, and other creative projects. Our service allows users to generate, preview, and download high-quality audio files.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 2 sound effect generations. Paid subscriptions include 500 credits per month, allowing up to 250 sound effect generations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Sound effects generated through our platform are royalty-free and may be used for commercial purposes. The underlying AI technology and platform remain the property of SFXforge.

8. Limitation of Liability

SFXforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
